West Ham vs Manchester United the first Premier League game in front of fans since March

West Ham against Manchester United will be the first Premier League match played in front of fans since March.

Half of the Premier League's clubs will have to continue behind closed doors after being placed into Tier 3 restrictions by the government, meaning no supporters can attend events at all.

However, clubs in Tier 2 (Those in London and Liverpool as well as Southampton and Brighton) will be allowed to sell tickets to up to 2,000 supporters from next week.

With home games for Burnley and Manchester City in the two earlier slots on Saturday, December 5, West Ham's late kick-off against Manchester United at the London Stadium will be the first in almost nine months to be played in front of supporters.

Fans will also be back at Stamford Bridge that night, with Chelsea taking on Leeds United in the later kick-off.
