West Ham's 2019/20 Premier League squad in full after £75m summer spending spree

The transfer deadline has now passed and West Ham's Premier League squad for the season is complete having spent £75m on new recruits this summer.

In have come Sebastien Haller, Pablo Fornals, Albian Ajeti, Goncalo Cardoso, Roberto and David Martin, while out have gone Marko Arnautovic, Lucas Perez, Andy Carroll, Adrian, Samir Nasri, Edimilson Fernandes, Sam Byram and Reece Oxford.

Also leaving on loans were Jordan Hugill, Josh Cullen and Grady Diangana for the season.

Overall, it's been an excellent transfer window for the Hammers, plugging holes that were needed to be plugged and also shifting off some of the deadwood on high wages in east London.

The average age of the squad has also gone down as four of the six recruits are 25 or under as manager Manuel Pellegrini brings a more youthful squad into the Premier League.

You can have a maximum of 17 non-homegrown players in your squad and that is exactly what the Hammers have. But there are two spaces that can be filled after the departure of Josh Cullen on loan and another spare. Diangana's loan does not count towards it as he was under 21 in January, not turning that age until April this year.

It's the same as this  time last year when the Hammers entered the season with a 23-man squad, they will do so again this year. Xande Silva cannot be promoted to the first team squad he is not homegrown and he's now 22.

Here is the squad that should be submitted to the Premier League, remembering you can have as many U21 players as you like in it which is why we have included Cardoso and why they Hammers technically have 23 senior players:
