It is match day as West Ham face a crucial game in their bid for Premier League survival.
The Hammers host Southampton as they look to move out of the relegation zone and towards the safety of midtable just like their opponents.
David Moyes' team would have taken encouragement from their performance in their last outing against Champions elect Liverpool, where they fell to a 3-2 defeat
Goals from Issa Diop and Pablo Fornels meant that West Ham did lead that game with 22 minutes left to play, and they will be hoping to replicate a similar performance at the London Stadium this weekend.
Three points could take West Ham to as high as 16th place in the table.
Ahead of the game, here is the latest news from the London Stadium.
Moyes' surprise Bowen claim
David Moyes has said that January signing Jarrod Bowen has impressed him in training but has insisted that his impact may not be felt by the team straight away.
Ahead of the Premier League game against Southampton Moyes has been criticised for not yet handing a start to the £22m January signing from Hull City.
"I'll assess Jarrod, see where he is at. I want Jarrod to be for the long-term. If we're signing a boy from Hull and trying to find a way for him to be the saviour, that's wrong," Moyes said in his pre-match press conference.
Manager's message to protesting fans
Moyes has also sent a plea to fans for the club to stick together as they find themselves in a difficult position going into the end of season running.
Around 5,000 supporters are expected to walk to the London Stadium before the crucial Premier League match against Southampton on Saturday with unrest mounting with the ownership of the club and the direction that it is heading in under the stewardship of David Gold, David Sullivan and Karen Brady.
Ahead of the match, the manager has called on fans to back their team on the pitch for 90 minutes as they look to turn their season around.
Southampton's injury blow
Southampton manager Ralph Hasenhuttl has confirmed mixed injury news for Southampton ahead of the big game at the London Stadium.
Hasenhuttl has confirmed that winger Nathan Redmond will not be available for selection.
However, the Austrian did deliver better news on loanee Kyle Walker-Peters after the full-back was forced to sit out the Premier League game against Aston Vlla.
