West Ham and Crystal Palace offer refunds to season-ticket holders for remaining Premier League games

West Ham and Crystal Palace have followed a number of clubs in offering refunds to season-ticket holders for games that will now be played behind closed doors.

The Hammers yesterday contacted all supporters who held tickets for their final homes games of the season outlining how to claim a refund for the games missed, or continue to support the club financially by using the rebate towards a season ticket for next season. Palace are set to announce similar plans this week.

Tottenham, Everton, Man City, Manchester United, Leicester and Norwich have all offered their supporters refunds for the games that will now take place without fans.

A West Ham statement read: "With the wide acknowledgement that our final five home fixtures of the 2019/20 campaign will be most likely played without supporters present, the Club can confirm that our valued Season Ticket Holders and Club London Members will be credited the pro-rata value of the remaining five home matches, which can be used to reduce the cost of their 2020/21 Season Ticket, or receive a refund.

"The same will apply for Women’s Super League Season Ticket Holders."
