West Dunbartonshire reported just one more death linked to the coronavirus last week statistics published today have shown.
Between June 1 and June 7 just one resident lost their life as a result of the virus, taking the total number of people who have died locally during the pandemic to 121.
Of the deaths, 58 have been registered in hospitals, the same total in care homes whilst five residents have died whilst at home.
The news came as the total number of people to have lost their lives in cases where the virus is confirmed and suspected across Scotland reached 4000, with 89 deaths recorded up until June 7 - a decrease of 42 on the previous week.
Deaths across Scotland have also now fallen for six weeks in a row, down from a peak of 659 in April.
