Talented young gymnasts from West Dunbartonshire Gymnastics Club made a big impression, winning two golds, a silver and a bronze in their first competition of 2020.
And Jenny Davidson, development co-ordinator of the club, was proud of the girls’ achievements.
She said: “These were the first competitions of 2020 for the club and the two squads worked incredibly hard to achieve competition standard coming back from the two week winter break.
Coaches Karis and Olivia have done a fantastic job with their competitive squads at WDGC. They’re a great asset to the team.
“The club will be attending competitions throughout 2020, the coaches and gymnasts have set their goals for the year and have made a great start in achieving those.
“We are delighted to have such a successful start to the competitive year and we hope this will spur our other competitive squads to aim to achieve their goals for 2020. Our coaches and gymnasts always represent our club superbly and we hope to continue having fun at competitions in 2020.”
