West Brom are hosting Aston Villa tonight in a West Midlands derby which sees Sam Allardyce begin his reign as West Brom manager. Allardyce was parachuted in to The Hawthorns this week to save the club from relegation back to the Championship, after a tough start to life in the Premier League under Slaven Bilic this season, sitting 19th with only seven points from 13 games played.
In contrast, Villa have made an excellent start to the campaign, although only one win in their past four league games has seen Dean Smith’s men slide out of the top half. The Baggies will have to try and contain Villa’s star man Jack Grealish if they are to earn only their second win of the season.
