West Bengal: Darjeeling-New Jalpaiguri DHR operations shut for 3 days

DHR Darjeeling New Jalpaiguri Siliguri

SILIGURI: The DHR has suspended its services between New Jalpaiguri and Darjeeling from August 5 to 7 for bridge maintenance.

The other services, like the 16km Darjeeling-Ghoom ride, will be unaffected, said DHR officials. DHR director Arvind Mishara said, "Regular services between NJP and Darjeeling will be closed from August 5 to 7 following the maintenance of bridges between Kurseong and Ghoom. Full-fledged services will be operational from August 8." tnn
