"Speak Up", that is the subject of this West Belfast man's short film which won an award for his fresh take on tackling mental health.
Connor McConnell, an independent building contractor from Highfield, struggled with his own mental health issues for almost two years, and drew on that as inspiration for the poignant video.
The 23-year-old is now hoping that his experience will help others to speak up and get the help they need before it is too late.
Connor said: "The idea stemmed from my own personal expereince. I really struggled with my own mental health over the past one to two years, and I felt too ashamed to actually speak to people or even address that it was going on.

"Finally, it got to the point when I had to address it and I confided in a friend who was working with the Samaritans at the time, who encouraged me to get help. I spent seven months - after first going to my GP - working with my doctor and the mental health services he put me in touch with to get to where I am now.
"It was during that time that I was actually put in touch with FLARE and worked one to one with a senior youth worker, who showed me how to turn my experience into something positive.
"I thought it was important to get the statistics in because they aren't always reported on accurately and the number of people affected, especially men who are the group most at risk at the moment, is crazy."
Talking about mental health in the workplace is vital, says Belfast charity co-founder
FLARE - Facilitating Life And Resilience Education- is an Education Authority Youth Service aimed at 11 to 25-year-olds - and through this network Connor met senior youth worker Jim Weir, who features in the video along with his son Solomon.
It was Jim who encouraged Connor to nominate his short film "Speak Up" for the Best Film category of the Education Authority Oscars.
Despite having no prior training in video making, Connor scooped the top prize with the film he scripted, recorded and edited himself.
"I couldn't believe when it won Best Film, it was such a privilege", Connor added.
"There was so many different issues highlighted, some really great causes and I have never had any training in how to make videos. It is a hobby, I would always make silly videos and it is something I enjoy doing and have a passion for."

Although, the video focuses on male mental health, Connor, who now works as an ambassador with FLARE, hopes that his video can be used as a resource to help educate people of all genders and backgrounds.
New Samaritans campaign aims to tackle stigma around men's mental health
Connor said: "The video will be used as a resource by FLARE teams all over the country, whether through one to one meetings or peer listening groups to break the stigma and get people talking.
"The main purpose of the video is to encourage more people to get help and be helped by the fact that they aren't the only ones struggling.
Cycle against suicide on the streets of Belfast to tackle mental health problems
"The video does not by any means solve the problem but hopefully it gets people talking. The fact is that everyone has mental health, but all we ever hear about is bad mental health - good mental health should also be celebrated, it is something we should be constantly building on.
"Mental health is something that everyone lives with and recognising early on that yours might be slipping is key to staying healthy. We all have a personal responsibility to ourselves to take that first step, whether it be reaching out to family or a close friend."
