Chelsea are preparing for their third match under Thomas Tuchel and lining up against London rivals Spurs hoping to pick up another three points.
Their win last time out against Burnley followed a draw against Wolves, with the Blues now level on points with Jose Mourinho's side, having played one more game than Spurs.
Tuchel has gone for an attacking-looking side against Mourinho, with Marcos Alonso, Mason Mount and Timo Werner all keeping their place in the side.
However, N'Golo Kante is restricted to a place on the bench, while Kai Havertz misses out entirely due to injury. But despite Kante's place among the subs, Chelsea fans reacted positively to the team announcement.
Edouard Mendy starts in goal with a back three of Cesar Azpilicueta, Thiago Silva and Antonio Rudiger, while Alonso and Reece James line up as full-backs.
A midfield duo of Jorginho and Mateo Kovacic are set to support an attacking trio of Mount, Werner and Callum Hudson-Odoi, who makes his first start in attack under Tuchel having been deployed as a wing-back against Burnley and Wolves.
On the bench, Olivier Giroud, Tammy Abraham, Christian Pulisic and Hakim Ziyech will all be vying for a place should Tuchel require attacking reinforcements, while Kepa, Andreas Christensen, Ben Chilwell and Emerson are joined by Kante.
