Welsh nightclub could be snapped up for under £100K as price slashed

A nightclub in Denbighshire could be snapped up for under £100K as its price is slashed.

The Gravity Bar - formerly Devine and Pot Black - closed down just before last Christmas.

Sited in Lenten Pool, Denbigh, it was originally put on the market for £250,000 in January with Monopoly Buy Sell Rent.

Since then Covid-19 has had a devastating impact on the bar and club scene across the Uk - with many closed since March due to ongoing regulations.

It means the site is still on the market and its price has dropped

The club will now go up for auction with SDL Auctions on Thursday November 26.

It has a guide price of just £90,000.

Speaking previously, Rhodri Sellers, a director with estate agent Monopoly Buy Sell Rent, said: "The site has great potential - we have already had people in touch about alternative uses.

"There is also the possibility of it continuing as a club, it was only open three nights a week so there is the potential to do more there."

The site includes two bars, a dance floor and DJ booth. It had been open as Gravity for around 18 months.
