A 39-year-old Welsh front-row has nailed a drop goal from 40 metres out in the closing stages of the game.
Gregg Haines, a hooker for Penallta, has been playing for the seconds side this season after 12 years of playing for the firsts.
In his first game playing for the team against Nelson earlier this season, he attempted a drop goal in their 22 late on in the match that narrowly missed because he was "too knackered to do anything so just swung a leg."
Haines, who will turn 40 next month, explained it became a running joke at the club and he had been to try another one.
"On the few occasions I've trained, I've gone and practiced (the drop goal) but I never put one over!"
However, in last week's match against Rumney, his opportunity arose. The score was 19-8 with just two minutes remaining and Haines went for it.
"I saw how slow the ruck ball was so I decided to drop into the pocket," he explained.
"I never thought it would go over from 40 metres but I connected really well."
You can even hear a chorus of players shouting "No!" as he shapes up to strike the ball.
A clip of the effort has been posted by RugbyDump, which has picked up 170,000 views across Instagram, Twitter and TikTok.
The front-rower said he was "in shock" afterwards and "the boys were loving it" after his huge effort sailed between the uprights.
The match finished 22-8 to Penallta, and Haines said from now on, he will be trying a drop goal every time he takes the field until he retires!
