TikTok sensation Nathan Evans first went viral on the social media app performing the well-know Wellerman song which he wrote and performed.
But now he's set for another achievement having had his debut track become the second-highest selling song of 2021.
The song, also referred to as TikTok Sea Shanty, gained 713,000 chart sales and to this day, the original TikTok post sits at over two million views.

After posting it in December of last year, other TikTok users have since recreated the former postman's video with some pretending to be Captain Jack Sparrow and others creating their own choreography.
This years number one spot was taken by 18-year-old Olivia Rodrigo after her Driver License song was purchased more than one million times. The US singer also claimed the top spot again for the highest selling album.
