A well-known Dublin gang were foiled by Gardai this morning after finding goods from a burglary over the weekend.
Gardaí in Ronanstown managed to recover a haul of items that were stolen in Lucan on last Sunday.
The large quantity of hot stolen property included a bizarre mixture of items as part of the Christmas burglary.
Some of the gifts uncovered by officers were a toaster; a kettle; several packs of washing detergent; cosmetics and hampers.
A Garda spokesperson said no further information was available at this time but that investigations were ongoing.
