Harvey Weinstein's lawyers are reportedly hoping to settle more than a dozen sexual misconduct lawsuits field against the disgraced Hollywood producer.
A deal, including a fund for the women who have accused Weinstein, could be reached during mediation sessions scheduled for two days next month, the Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday.
The ex-Hollywood mogul's lawyers will participate in the talks, which will also include attorneys for Miramax and company co-found Bob Weinstein, who are named in some of the suits, the Journal wrote.
The state's Attorney General's office is also said to be involved. In February, the office sued the Weinsteins and their company, accusing Harvey Weinstein of threatening his employees and forcing some to manage his sexual conquests.
More than 80 women have accused Harvey Weinstein of sexual harassment or sexual assault.
They have asked for more than $100 million in damages, with insurers agreeing to pay just a fraction of that cost.
Weinstein still faces five criminal charges involving alleged sexual abuse of two women in Manhattan. He has pleaded not guilty.
