The evening will be warm with temperatures falling to around 20C at 8pm and 18C by 10pm.

Sunday will be mainly dry and warm at around 20C at midday. It will be cloudy in some areas.

Meanwhile the heatwave is set to come to an end in other parts of the UK, with thunderstorms across much of England and Wales predicted.

The Met Office issued a yellow weather warning across parts of the UK for Saturday and Sunday, warning heavy rain and thundery showers could cause flooding and transport disruption.

Three warnings have been issued from Friday and into the weekend, affecting central and southern parts of England and Wales.

The warnings start with a yellow wind warning for the southern coastal counties of England, lasting from Friday afternoon until midnight on the same day.
