Weekend betting tips: Four bets that could make you a fortune

There's very little sporting action taking place this weekend and for the considerable future.

Fixtures across the world have been cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic, but a small few are still taking place.

Horse racing continues in Ireland and Thurles' card on Saturday will be televised on ITV 4.

Here's our best bets for the weekend:

Addeybb 3.25am Rosehill Saturday 13/10

This British raider must have a huge chance to claim Group 1 glory in Australia in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Last seen finishing second behind Magical in the Champions' Stakes at Ascot, the forecast soft ground at Rosehill will be very much in his favour.

He looks set to go off at a short price, but should go very close for trainer William Haggas and jokey Tom Marquand.

Sydney FC to beat Western Sydney Warriors 8.30am Saturday EVS

A Sydney derby takes place in the A-League early on Saturday morning and millions could tune into it with most sport cancelled across the world.

Sydney FC currently top the league and have lost just one of their last nine games, which came against the Western Sydney Warriors.

Warriors have failed to win either of their games since that victory and Sydney FC could come away with an away win here.

Sizing Potsie 3.10pm Thurles Saturday 5/2

Trainer Jessica Harrington (©INPHO/James Crombie)

Jessica Harrington's runner is going for his third consecutive win after victories at Navan and Fairyhouse in his last two runs.

He had today's rival Cut The Mustard 12 lengths behind him at Navan last time and scored by 15 lengths at Fairyhouse prior to that.

He runs off a higher weight today, but should go very close once again.

Max Dynamite 4.10pm Thurles Saturday

This beginners chase looks wide open and a number of the runners come into it with a bit to prove.

Max Dynamite has quite the CV, having ran at the Chetenham Festival, Royal Ascot and in the Melbourne Cup.

He is surely capable of running into a place in a contest like this having finished fourth in both of his starts over fences to date.
