Weekend betting tips: Four bets that could make you a fortune

Another Friday has arrived and we have a great weekend of sporting action to look forward to.

There's a bumper few days of Premier League action and Norwich could become the first team to have their relegation confirmed.

Meanwhile, the UFC hosts it's first show on Fight Island with Kamaru Usman defending his welterweight title against Jorge Masvidal.

And there's tonnes of top class horse racing action taking place all around the world.

Here's our best bets:

Yuri Gagarin 12.10pm Newmarket Saturday 9/4

Yuri Gagarin is fancied to carry the Godolphin colours to victory in the opening contest at Newmarket on Saturday for John Gosden and Frankie Dettori.

He has two wins from his two runs to date and should run a big race in his first handicap for these powerful connections.

Golden Horde 3.35pm Newmarket Saturday 9/4

Adam Kirby celebrates after winning the 2020 Commonwealth Cup on the Clive Cox trained Golden Horde (PA)

Golden Horde is fancied to follow up his Commonwealth Cup triumph at Royal Ascot with victory in the July Cup this afternoon.

Clive Cox's three-year-old was very impressive at Ascot and should take some stopping as he takes on older horses for the first time.

He seems to go on any ground according to his trainer, so the forecast softer conditions at Newmarket shouldn't be a problem.

Motakhayyel 4.10pm Newmarket Saturday 9/2

Motakhayyel ridden by Jim Crowley (right) wins the Buckingham Palace Handicap during day one of Royal Ascot at Ascot Racecourse (PA)

Motakhayyel landed the opening race of the week at Royal Ascot in the Buckingham Palace Handicap and should go close again in the Bunburry Cup.

It looks a wide open contest, but this lad has won four of his six starts and is a good each-way bet with four pounds extra to carry after that Royal Ascot victory.

Zabeel Prince 5.15pm Leopardstown Saturday 2/1

Zabeel Prince is a fascinating English raider in the Green Room" Meld Stakes at Leopardstown on Saturday evening.

His last four runs have come at Group 1 level, including when winning the Prix d'Ispahan at Longchamp, and he goes well fresh.

He is the nap of the weekend, with Colin Keane booked to ride.
