Weekend betting tips: Four bets that could make you a fortune

The sun is shining, it's Friday and there's another bumper weekend of sporting action upon us.

The final four All-Ireland football qualifiers take place as Mayo, Galway, Cavan, Tyrone, Cork, Laois, Meath and Clare all aim to secure a place in the Super 8s.

There's also hurling action as Dublin and Laois do battle on Sunday as do Westmeath and Cork.

It's very busy on the horse racing front too, with the Coral-Eclipse at Sandown the pick of the action.

Here's our best bets:

Muthmir 1.50pm Sandown Saturday 6/1

I fancy Muthmir to run a big race in the opening contest at Sandown on Saturday.

Some of his form from last year is very good and he finished only a length behind the winner in the Epsom Dash on his seasonal bow.

At nine, he's not getting any younger but I expect him to be there or thereabouts.

Enable 3.35pm Sandown Saturday 4/5

Super mare Enable looks set to add another Group 1 to her impeccable record in the Coral-Eclipse at Sandown.

The five-year-old is aiming for an unprecedented third Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe this year, the road to which starts here.

She was last seen when winning the Breeders' Cup Turf last November and trainer John Gosden reports that he "couldn't be happier with her".

Tyrone -4 handicap v Cavan 5pm Saturday EVS

The Red Hands were very impressive against Kildare last week and face Cavan as they look to secure a place in the Super 8s.

If they play to their best, it's difficult to see Mickey Harte's men not get the victory in Clones on Saturday evening.

Given their winning margin last week, Tyrone could beat the handicap here.

Too Darn Hot 2.52pm Deauville Sunday 5/4

It could be a Group 1 double for John Gosden this weekend as Too Darn Hot runs in the Qatar Prix Jean Prat at Deauville on Sunday.

Three of his four wins have come over this distance and going back down in trip, the St James's Palace Stakes third should go very close for the Newmarket trainer.

Gosden won a Group One in France last weekend with Coronet.
