The Arizona Cardinals will take on the Seattle Seahawks this Sunday at State Farm Stadium and will look to finally get in the win column.
The continued focus will be on how the Cardinals offense will look throughout the season. While the Cardinals offense is only ranked at No.25 in the NFL, it is still a improvement from last season where they were ranked last in the NFL.
With an improved offense comes improved opportunities to make some moves with some Cardinals players in many fantasy football leagues.
Here are some projections for some of the Cardinals starters for their game versus the Seattle Seahawks based on these standard fantasy scoring rules:
- One point per reception
- One point for every 25 passing yards
- One point for every 10 receiving/rushing yards
- Six points for a rushing/receiving touchdown
- Four points for a passing touchdown
QB Kyler Murray

Projection: 27-of-41 passing, 283 passing yards, one passing touchdown, one interception, 51 rushing yards, 18.42 fantasy points.
The Seahawks defense ranks No.15 in the league in fantasy points given up to quarterbacks. The key to a solid fantasy performance from Murray is making sure he uses his legs. The Seahawks gave up 63 rushing yards to Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton in Week 12 last season, and Kyler Murray could be looking at those same kinds of rushing numbers as the Seahawks defense has not faced a quarterback with his scrambling ability this year.
Kyler also throws the ball at a high rate as he ranks third in the NFL in pass attempts. Respectable fantasy scores usually come from QBs with high attempts as that usually comes with high-yardage totals. A score around 18 points seems like a respectable floor for Murray.
RB David Johnson

Projection: 15 rushes, 49 rushing yards, six receptions, 31 receiving yards, one rushing touchdown, 20.0 fantasy points.
It has a been a very inefficient start to the season for Cardinals running back David Johnson as he has only averaged 3.7 yards per carry, but he is still No. 8 in fantasy scoring among running backs. This is due to the fact that while the yardage and running room simply hasn’t been there, Johnson has a touchdown in every game this season.
The Seahawks are 19th at giving up points to opposing running backs and it’s possible that Johnson extends that touchdown streak but the yardage will remain low. Getting him involved as a receiver will be the key to a solid fantasy day as he has had six receptions in two out of three games this year.
WR Christian Kirk

Projection: Eight receptions, 81 receiving yards, 16.1 fantasy points.
It’s fair to say that Christian Kirk has turned into a PPR-threat now. Coming off a six-catch, 114 receiving-yard game against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 2, Kirk followed it up with 10 receptions for 59 yards against the Carolina Panthers in Week 3. Best viewed as more of a deep threat last season, Kirk has evolved his game into a more prototypical possession receiver as he almost has half the receptions that he did last season.
WR Larry Fitzgerald

Projection: Six receptions, 72 receiving yards, one receiving touchdown, 19.2 fantasy points.
This feels like a Larry Fitzgerald type of game. Fitzgerald ranks in the top-15 in fantasy points and has had two games where he has reached 100 or more receiving yards or more — 113 against the Detroit Lions Week 1 and 104 against the Ravens in Week 2.
The Seahawks are at the middle of the pack at giving up fantasy points to the wide receiver position. This could be another breakout game for the future Hall of Famer.
