Week 17 NFL TV schedule and game maps

Well, it’s finally over. We didn’t think we would get here 17 weeks ago, but the NFL regular season has come and gone and all we have left are 11 regular-season games that truly matter and these playoff scenarios.

The good news is that we get a lot of football on Sunday so break out those multiple televisions, Sunday Ticket streams, and local HD antennae because we have all the football available on Sunday and not much more after that.

Everyone knows the Sunday night game features the Niners versus the Seahawks in Seattle. The other games you’ll get on Sunday are in the next few pages. Let’s check them out.

Miami @ New England Greg Gumbel, Trent Green

LA Chargers @ Kansas City Kevin Harlan, Rich Gannon

NY Jets @ Buffalo Tom McCarthy, Jay Feely

If New England wins its game on the early session of CBS’ NFL lineup, they will lock up the No. 2 seed. If the Patriots lose, it opens the door for Kansas City.

Green Bay @ Detroit Kevin Burkhardt, Charles Davis

New Orleans @ Carolina Kenny Albert, Ronde Barber

Chicago @ Minnesota Dick Stockton, Mark Schlereth

Atlanta @ Tampa Bay Tim Brando, Matt Millen

Cleveland @ Cincinnati Brandon Gaudin, Robert Smith

The Packers and Saints will be fighting for seeding in Fox’s early games. I’m still trying to figure out how Cleveland-Cincinnati ended up on the NFC channel, but a more fun question may be who wants to watch that game at all.

CBS Late Game (4:00 p.m. ET / 1:00 p.m. PT)

Tennessee @ Houston Jim Nantz, Tony Romo

Pittsburgh @ Baltimore Ian Eagle, Dan Fouts

Oakland @ Denver Andrew Catalon, James Lofton

Indianapolis @ Jacksonville Spero Dedes, Adam Archuleta

The Texans will know if they have anything to play for before they take the field — or right about as they take the field. If the Chiefs win and Houston are stuck with the four-seed it’s probably best to sit anyone important by the end of the first quarter. Baltimore has already said they are sitting players so Pittsburgh gets an edge up on that race for the final see in the AFC. Oakland needs both Pittsburgh and Tennessee to lose.

Washington @ Dallas Joe Buck, Troy Aikman

Philadelphia @ NY Giants Thom Brennaman, Chris Spielman

Arizona @ LA Rams Chris Myers, Daryl Johnston

I don’t know why most of the country is getting Dallas-Washington when the Cowboys game relies on the Eagles losing their game to the Giants. That just shows that Dallas rules the roost for ratings.
