Welcome to Week 16. It’s a week that should have a ton of games with playoff implications. Unfortunately, it does not have those games — and if it does those games are on Saturday. The biggest matchup is on Sunday afternoon where the Eagles and Cowboys square off to see what team will — most likely — win the NFC East. Fox also gets a win in the early games because they have the Saints-Titans matchup. What game will you get? Glad you asked.
CBS Single Game (1:00 p.m. ET / 10:00 a.m. PT and 4:00 p.m. ET / 1:00 p.m. PT)

█ Pittsburgh @ NY Jets Ian Eagle, Dan Fouts
█ Cincinnati @ Miami Andrew Catalon, James Lofton
█ Oakland @ LA Chargers (4:00 p.m. ET / 1:00 p.m. PT) Greg Gumbel, Trent Green
█ Detroit @ Denver (4:00 p.m. ET / 1:00 p.m. PT Kevin Harlan, Rich Gannon
Woof! The Ravens-Browns game probably looked interesting earlier in the year, but now it looks like Baltimore will roll. The rest of these games either won’t be pretty — hello Pittsburgh-New York — or have more to do with draft position than playoff position — also known as everything from the Bengals-Dolphins game and below.
Fox Early Game (1:00 p.m. ET / 10:00 a.m. PT)

█ NY Giants @ Washington Thom Brennaman, Chris Spielman
█ Carolina @ Indianapolis Dick Stockton, Mark Schlereth
█ Jacksonville @ Atlanta Joe Davis, Brady Quinn
The Saints-Titans game is the one saving grace for the early games. The Titans could give the Saints some problems. Drew Brees has to play a game outdoors. Tennessee needs to win to have shot at the playoffs. That’s a recipe for a Titans upset of the Saints. The rest of these games are ugly.
Fox Late Game (4:00 p.m. ET / 1:00 p.m. PT)

█ Arizona @ Seattle Chris Myers, Daryl Johnston
Dear Arizona and everywhere north of Fresno, we are sorry you have to watch Arizona and Seattle — unless you’re a Cardinals or Seahawks fan. The Cowboys-Eagles matchup is a playoff game in Week 16.
