Wednesday could see some heavy rain showers in Edinburgh as a thunderstorm hits the UK.
While it seems like the east of Scotland may escape the worst of the storm, which led to a yellow weather warning warning being issued earlier, there's still very little chance of any sunshine.
It will be a little cooler than earlier in the week.
The Met Office forecast says: "Lothians and Borders rather cool and cloudy with some rain at times, perhaps heavy."
