Wedding reception made safe with face shields

Women wearing face shields are offering their blessings to the bride. However, upon closer look, stickers of mustaches and lips are seen on the shield.

These items were a nice touch that was prepared by the wedding venue, as it wanted to "have fun while preventing the further spread [of infection]."

The wedding reception, which was postponed because of the coronavirus pandemic, was held at Lagunaveil Osaka in Osaka on Oct. 17. There were partitions set up between the seats at the tables, and antibacterial hand towels were available to guests as well.

The bride and groom had smiles on their faces as they were surrounded by their friends.
