Wedding planners The Knot Worldwide have announced around 100 jobs at a new base in Co Galway.
Content writers, community forum support and customer support staff are among the new roles that will be created.
The firm is one of the largest in the wedding planning industry, and has now revealed that they will be moving to Ireland with an Operations Centre in Galway.
The planned facility in the city is supported by the government through IDA Ireland.
Speaking at the announcement, IDA Executive Director Mary Buckley described the move as a "significant" investment for the west of Ireland.

She said: "This decision by The Knot Worldwide to establish its International Operations Centre in Galway to serve its global markets is a welcome and significant investment for the West region, offering some 100 new roles that will enhance the skillset base around digital marketing and content writing in the region.

Jessica Finnefrock of The Knot Worldwide explained that the company had been "extremely impressed" by the local talent.
