Website offering shoppers 20% off trainers from JD Sports, Footasylum and more

If there was ever a time when the majority of us were looking for ways to save money it would be January.

Whether it's on the weekly food shop or if you're looking to treat yourself whilst on a budget there are some easy ways you can cut the costs.

For anyone after a new pair of trainers, eBay can offer the latest designs and releases for much less than high street stores.

The website is selling Adidas, Nike and Puma trainers at discount prices.

eBay may not be an industry secret but there is a hidden place on the auction site that sells cheap trainers - and a new voucher code means high street fashions are even cheaper than usual.

eBay can help shoppers up to £75 (PA)

Spotted by users on HotUKDeals, the code is PAYDAYJAN . By entering this at checkout, you can get the 20% off brands and trainers which would typically be found at stores including including JD, Footasylum and Superdry.

The maximum discount available is £75 off a pair and the code is valid until Friday, January 31.

An example of a deal we found is the Puma Cali Womens trainers, which already have 27% off but you can also get the additional 20% off on top of the original price.

Away from trainers, shoppers can also use eBay to make savings on homeware and tech products too.
