It's been a cool and drizzly start to Thursday with outbreaks of rain making getting out of bed even harder than normal, but Met Eireann do have some good news.
It'll be a relatively warm day with temperatures reaching up into the high teens, but the main keyword for today is "cloudy".
Met Eireann say of Thursday's weather in Dublin: "Today will be mostly cloudy, with occasional outbreaks of rain and drizzle, especially during the morning, but good dry spells will develop during the day."
"Maximum temperatures 16 or 17 Celsius. Winds mostly moderate to fresh, southerly at first, veering southwesterly."
Tonight
It will mostly cloudy overnight, the weather experts predict, with further outbreaks of rain and drizzle, clearing later. We can expect minimum temperatures of 10 or 11 Celsius, in moderate southwesterly winds.
Tomorrow
Friday will be quite breezy, according to our friends at Met Eireann, with bright spells developing - but - a few scattered showers may occur also. Bah!
And the mercury will get a bit shy after poking its head up briefly today, with the experts forecasting maximum temperatures of 14 or 15 Celsius for Friday.
