Wealth management group Tilney has appointed Nadia Atanasov as an associate financial planner in its Edinburgh office.

She is joining an office which has seen significant expansion in recent years through acquisitions and recruitment.

Atanasov joins from Chiene + Tait where she has worked for two years as a paraplanner, providing technical support to the company's financial planners.

Prior to that, she was a paraplanner at Grant Thornton’s Belfast office.

She will work alongside the firm's investment managers to provide an integrated service for clients.

Tilney is one of the largest wealth managers in Scotland and one of a handful of firms with an office presence in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen.

Paul Frame, head of the Scotland and Northern Ireland regions for Tilney Group, said: “Nadia is a highly talented and dedicated individual who constantly puts clients’ needs first and she will be a big asset to the Edinburgh team.

“This is the latest in a series of hires in Scotland as we continue to strengthen our presence in the country.”
