'We've got Chilwell!' - Chelsea fans agree about Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner after Norwich win

Some Chelsea supporters have jokingly pointed out that Thomas Tuchel does not need Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner after their 7-0 thrashing of Norwich City.

The Blues were dominant at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon and managed to score seven in one of the most one-sided matches in recent Premier League history.

Mason Mount scored a hat-trick, with Callum Hudson-Odoi, Ben Chilwell, Reece James also getting on the scoresheet, and there was an own goal from Max Aarons.

Chelsea extended their advantage at the top of the Premier League table with the win, but Manchester City's victory later on in the afternoon means the gap between the two sides is back down to two points, with Liverpool playing Manchester United on Sunday afternoon.

The Blues managed to convincingly beat Norwich without forward duo Lukaku and Werner, who both limped off in Wednesday evening's win over Malmo in the Champions League.

And after the win, a number of Chelsea supporters took to social media with their reaction.

Tuchel, when asked about Lukaku and Werner in his pre-match press conference on Friday afternoon, but could not give clarification of how long they will be sidelined for.

The German coach said: "They are both out for tomorrow, in fact all three (Christian Pulisic as well) of them are out for tomorrow.

"No big news for Romelu and Timo, I can say they are out for tomorrow and they will be out for the Southampton game and from there we see what's next.

"I don't think it makes any sense that we go into speculation about how long it's going to be. If we'd done this with Christian Pulisic you would think maybe I am a liar, constantly lying and hiding something.

"But the fact is you never know, things can be shorter than expected or they can be longer than expected.

"The one thing I can tell you for sure is that they are both in treatment, they are both feeling positive, they are not too worried and are out for the next two games for sure, and then we will see."
