'We've finally replaced Gary Neville' - Man United fans love the latest Aaron Wan-Bissaka news

It seems that Aaron Wan Bissaka is on the verge of leaving Selhurst Park this summer.

The academy graduate has had a memorable start to his football career, impressing so much in his debut Premier League campaign that Manchester United have seemed desperate to prise him away from London during the off season.

The Red Devils reportedly had two previous bids turned down for the full-back, with Palace determined to stick to their asking price for the 21-year-old.

Wan Bissaka only made his Palace debut in February 2018, but has since to gone to play in the red and blue a further 46 times, quickly establishing himself as one of Roy Hodgson's most important players.

The England U21 international has been on duty with the national team in the European Championships, but endured a difficult first game against France, where he conceded a late own goal to hand the opponents the win. There were suggestions that the player's head may have been on the protracted move to Old Trafford, something that he will be happy to sort sooner rather than later.

The latest reports suggest that a fee has been agreed between Crystal Palace and Manchester United, with David Ornstein of the BBC reporting that a bid of £50m from the Red Devils has been accepted by Palace.

Wan Bissaka is now imminently expected in Manchester in order to complete a medical and sign a contract worth a reported £80,000 a week.

Following the news, Manchester United fans have taken to social media to give their thoughts on the potential transfer. There has been unrest among supporters over the ownership at the club, and it seems while they are happy with the news, some are determined to not let it sweeten the relationship between the fans and hierarchy.
