Aldi's have released a new coffee mix and it's already trending on platforms such as TikTok.
It seems like everyone is already talking about it but could it replace wherever you pick up your regular caffeine fix?
2Chill writer Paul McAuley wanted to find out after one of his friends suggested that he would love it.
He said: "I'm not the biggest fan of coffee but one thing I do enjoy is a TikTok trend and so far few have disappointed, so I decided to give this one a go.
"Likewise with Little Moons, I have been trying to get my hands on the coffee mix for a few weeks now and luckily, yesterday I swooped in and got the last bottle of Cowbelle Ready to Drink Iced Coffee."
It costs £1.50 and Paul opted for the Latte Cappuccino variation but there is also a Macchiato flavour available but that could be the more popular out of the two as it was currently out of stock.
"Once I arrived home, I couldn't wait for my usual morning kick and had to try it straight away, which now in hindsight drinking coffee so late at night wasn't my brightest idea.
"I whacked out my Starbucks cup and threw in some ice cubes and three spoons of caramel coffee syrup before adding the coffee mix. I could tell the colour of coffee was too dark for me instantly, so added some whole milk to make it more creamy.
"Now, it's not identical to a coffee you would buy from costa but having said that, for the quickness and handiness of it, it's the best home alternative I have tried so far."
Paul reckons he can get around four decent sized servings out of each bottle and for the same amount of drinks at an alternative coffee shop chain, he would expect to pay around six times the cost he did at Aldi.
He's not alone in this thinking.
In one TikTok video that went viral with nearly 26 thousand likes, one user said:" I'm addicted to these - I come out with three bottles every time I go in."
While another jokingly added: "Nooooo, now they are always going to be sold out!"
A third TikToker explained how she liked hers saying: "These are so nice, put Baileys in for something extra."
