Sabri Lamouchi believes his Nottingham Forest side must 'stop' certain aspects of their game to return to form.
The Reds are currently on a poor run, going four games without a win and losing 4-0 at home to Sheffield Wednesday last time out.
That run has seen Forest drop out of the top six, though they do possess a game in-hand.
Ahead of a clash with strugglers Huddersfield Town away from home this weekend, Reds boss Lamouchi has been discussing the issues his team are facing, and how they plan to return to form.
“We have to show what the players did at the beginning, they have been amazing," he said in his pre-match press conference.
"We played good at home, we took many points away, why? The team spirit.
"We need to find this team spirit and keep working, be humble, work hard, focus, be determined; the Championship is a very tough league.
“Every game is different, it is a difficult, unbelievable league and each week there are different results.
“I know that December for Forest, not just for this year, is not good.
"I don’t know the answer but we must find the solution for this. It is not just the December month, there are many small details that we must stop, that is it.”
