Leeds United defender Ben White remained philosophical about a first-half penalty decision that did not go his way in his side's 0-0 draw against Sheffield Wednesday.
The Whites had to dig deep to earn a point in a hard-fought Yorkshire derby at Hillsborough which was contested in the pouring rain, as Marcelo Bielsa's side kept a seventh clean sheet of the campaign.
White put in another excellent display at the heart of the Leeds defence but could have perhaps won his side a 19th-minute penalty when he was brought down by Atdhe Nuhiu in the Wednesday box.
Referee Tim Robinson waved play on and following the stalemate White said that there was contact, with the Brighton loanee insisting he did all he could to stay on his feet.

"I tried to be up to be fair because he clipped me a couple of times," he said.
"I just wanted to stay up and I couldn't at the end. I didn't get it but we just move on."
The 0-0 stalemate made it back-to-back draws on the road for Leeds following Tuesday's night 1-1 draw in Preston
"We came here looking for the three points obviously but we will be happy about the clean sheet and the point," White continued.
"We deserved a point and I think it was a fair result.
"They are going to be up there this season so it's a good point."
The match was played in torrential rain, which had not stopped for almost 24 hours, but White said that this did not phase him.
"To be fair when you are out there you don't really take any notice of that. It was wet and the ball did a slide a bit but it was okay."
