‘We’ll make sure you’re in prison’: People have strong words for Trump after he seemingly admitted to wanting to rig the next election

United States President Donald Trump has made a bafoonery of himself on multiple occasions since coming to power for a second term this year, and this time it is no different.

In a recent interaction during a press conference at the White House, Donald Trump seemingly admitted to taking multiple measures to rig the next elections in his favour after facing defeat to Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential elections. He said:

“We can never let what happened in the 2020 election happen again. We just can’t let that happen. I know Kash is working on it, everybody is working on it. And certainly Tulsi is working on it. We can’t let that happen again to our country.”

He also added that the “crooked election” results that favoured the Biden administration in 2020 had negatively impacted America by allowing “millions of people” to come to the country. He noted that among the people who entered the country were present or past prisoners, people from “mental institutions” and “insane asylums”, and drug dealers, while mentioning that he and his administration had taken care of it.

The clip of Trump seemingly trying to influence the next Presidential Elections did not sit well with people. On platforms such as X, his comments drew sharp criticism for a myriad of reasons. One person sharply remarked on Trump’s comments and said:

“Agreed. Next time, we’ll make sure you’re in prison!!”

Another person noted the alarming state of Trump’s words and said:

“…and this is why we said “No Kings”. Because this man is determined not to let elections get in his way ever again. Full stop.

Several others shared similar sentiments as they expressed their disdain for the orange wannabe dictator. What will Trump’s next comment be about? No one can tell. But I can assure you that the Democrats will be involved in some way.
