‘We got him!’ Atlanta fans react to Todd Gurley signing one-year deal with Falcons

On Friday the Atlanta Falcons announced that they had come to terms with former Rams running back Todd Gurley, who was released by Los Angeles this week before his contract extension was activated.

Gurley will reportedly sign a one-year deal to play for Atlanta.

The running back played his college ball at Georgia, so for UGA fans living in Atlanta, this is an exciting reconnection. And as for the deal, while financials are out there yet, Gurley is just 25 years old, and on just a one-year deal, it could work out very well for them.

The Falcons released a video of fans asking for them to get Gurley, with the caption “WE GOT HIM.”
