President Donald Trump has committed crimes, one of which was the same crime committed by former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich, who is in jail now.
If we believe that no one, not a president or governor, Democrat or Republican, is above the law, then Trump must be impeached and removed from office.
We cannot have a criminal as president.
Some say impeachment and removal from office would thwart the will of the minority of those who voted for Trump. But the president’s criminal behavior has betrayed the will of those who voted for him.
Trump’s criminality is the cause, not the honorable members of Congress doing their jobs who vote for impeachment. His behavior has made this one of the saddest times in American history.
Trump is a dangerous, self-centered sociopath who must be brought to justice.

Eddie Johnson was just another cop insider
Funny thing, no one in the media seems to remember how former Police Supt. Eddie Johnson was hired after Rahm Emanuel orchestrated a phony “nationwide search” for a “new” top guy.
In fact, Rahm and the insiders among the police hierarchy knew all along that they were going to hire “their guy,” i.e, a local who came up through the ranks. They didn’t want any “outsider” bringing new ideas and rules into the mix. Johnson is what you get when you take an insider from a corrupt, self-serving bunch of employees.
The interim guy from Los Angeles, Charlie Beck, on the surface seems to be way too knowledgeable and qualified to be allowed to run things here for long. So, unless the insiders here can buy him off, look for another inside political hack to get the permanent job.
