'We are worried sick': Family appeal for help in search for missing Alex Liddle from Seaham

A family are appealing for help to find a missing 23-year-old man.

Alex Liddle, from Seaham, County Durham , left home for work on Friday evening but his loved ones say he hasn't been seen since.

He was due to start his shift at his factory job at 6pm, but did not arrive.

Alex's family say they've contacted both Durham Constabulary and Northumbria Police , who are searching for the 23-year-old.

His vehicle, a blue Vauxhall Corsa, was last seen on ANPR cameras to the west of Sunderland.

His uncle, Alex Dixon, said: "If anyone knows anything, please get in touch. There are a million people looking for him and we are worried sick."

Alex is described as tall and slim. He is white with dark hair and facial hair.

Anyone who has information about a missing person can contact police on 101.
