'We are with you' - Hudson-Odoi's team mates send heartfelt messages of support after injury

Callum Hudson-Odoi's Chelsea and England team mates have rallied around the youngster after he suffered a ruptured achilles injury in his side's 2-2 draw with Burnley on Monday night

It's an injury that has ended his breakthrough season at Stamford Bridge early with Hudson-Odoi missing the final three Premier League games of the season as well as Chelsea's Europa League semi final with Eintracht Frankfurt in May.

It is a tough blow for the wonderkid to take - he had just started to nail down a place in Maurizio Sarri's starting XI having been used more from the bench for most of the season with Hudson-Odoi starting the past four league games on the bounce.

'I can't describe the sadness' - Chelsea fans are distraught after Callum Hudson-Odoi's injury

But he will now instead undergo rehabilitation as he looks to be ready for next season, a season that Chelsea will hope will have Champions League football at the Bridge as they moved into the top four spots with a point against Burnley.

They have two routes into the competition - either finish in the top four or win the Europa League in Baku in May.

They currently occupy fourth spot but are only a point ahead of Arsenal who have a game in hand, while Chelsea also have to travel to Old Trafford to take on Manchester United on Sunday.

But ahead of that, some of Hudson-Odoi's team mates have sent him their messages of support on social media:
