We are divorcing. Now my wife wants to keep 'her' £100,000 inheritance

My wife and I are splitting up and it's mostly amicable except for one area. For 25 years I supported her and our children and put all the money I received into our joint funds. After we agreed to part, she inherited £100,000 and plans to keep it as it's 'hers'. Can she do this?
