We are all made of molecules by Susin Nielsen - review

Stewart is an extremely intelligent young man. When his mother dies he and his father, Leonard, enter the hardships of losing someone. However, when Leonard meets Caroline, everything in Stewart’s vision of a perfect family changes, along with now having a big bad terrible sister! When times get rough and as complicated as their family situation is, Stuart and Ashley realise how important it is to have each other in their lives.

A light-hearted read, it touches some complex situations which are handled maturely. There are a few sweet moments balanced with very serious topics, a perfect mix for a contemporary novel!

We are all made of molecules

The writing reads like a middle grade novel but it includes content for young adults – a fabulous read to stride straight into with passion flooding into it!
