Ways to Live Forever by Sally Nicholls - review

Sally Nicholls, Ways To Live Forever

This book really touched my heart and made me have a new perspective on life. I would definitely recommend it to 10/11 year olds. Sam, an eleven year old boy with leukaemia, decides that he has a list of things he wants to do before he dies.

I know what you're thinking, how depressing, but it's just the opposite. With his best friend Felix supporting him, Sam's life couldn't have been better.

Nicholls has chosen to have written this book from the main characters point of view, this gives the reader more of an insight into what the main character is thinking and feeling.

Throughout this book you will smile, laugh and cry. Make sure you are ready with a box of tissues as there is a lot of heartbreak and heartache in this wonderfully written book. This is a must read!
