Watford vs Tottenham briefly suspended due to medical emergency

Play was briefly suspended during Tottenham’s Premier League meeting with Watford at Vicarage Road.

The game was briefly halted after a medical emergency in Lower Graham Taylor Stand around the 86th minute before the stadium PA that medical professionals are dealing with a supporter but report that incident is “under control”.

Medical teams from both sides rushed to the emergency with around five minutes to go and the game was restarted rather promptly.

Minutes later, Spurs scored a dramatic winner through Davinson Sanchez deep into stoppage time after what had been a frustrating afternoon for the away side.
