Watford v Chelsea prediction, don't miss a Tammy Abraham road trip tip

After a magnificent seven wins in succession, Chelsea go back to the drawing board following Wednesday's Carabao Cup defeat.

They make the short trip to Vicarage Road, and we asked Football London for their verdict on Saturday's tea-time kick-off.

Win, lose or draw?

Chelsea's seven match winning streak ended on Wednesday night against Manchester United, but they should get back to winning ways against the league's bottom side. 3-1 to Chelsea. 4/6 is a solid enough price for the away win while that 3-1 correct scoreline is an excellent 11/1 tip.

First goalscorer?

Tammy Abraham has not scored in his last few games, but I'm backing the striker to return to form against the Hornets. His excellent record on the road bodes well for Saturday evening's game. He's a prohibitive 4/5 to score at any time but the price of 14/5 for first goal is much better.

First card?

I'll go for one of the Watford central midfielders. Tom Cleverley.

Who is on penalties?

Jorginho seems to be Chelsea's first choice penalty taker now and you could do much worse than a 17/4 any time scorer bet.

Will Chelsea keep a clean sheet?

Watford aren't exactly prolific this season and they have badly missed Troy Deeney. But Chelsea have a tendency to gift soft goals, and I can see Watford grabbing a consolation. BTTS is 4/6 but BTTS and either side to win is a much bigger 13/10 .
