Watford 0-1 Arsenal player ratings as Bernd Leno stars in Gunners goal

Arsenal moved back into the Premier League top four with a 1-0 win over Watford at Vicarage Road.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored the only goal of the game, capitalising on a howler from Hornets keeper Ben Foster whose botched clearance ricocheted off the Gabonese and into the back of the net.

Watford striker and skipper Troy Deeney was given his marching orders shortly afterwards having been adjudged to have deliberately elbowed Lucas Torreira in the face.

But the hosts had their chances to equalise - only to be denied by an inspired display by Bernd Leno in the Arsenal goal.

Monreal 7 - Steady and composed, didn't desert his sentry post

Mkhitaryan 5 - Anonymous for 45 minutes then denied certain goal by Foster

Ramsey 7 - Enjoyed plentiful space to make presence felt against 10 men

Iwobi 7 - Always a threat down left flank, mixed bag with final ball

Aubameyang 7 - Closed down dithering Foster eagerly and got his just reward
