A soccer club in Waterford has said they are devastated after their changing rooms and other club grounds were destroyed by fire overnight.
Brideview United suffered immense damage as a result of the suspected arson attack last night.
Taking to the club's social media channels, Brideview showed the huge amount of damage done.
They said: "We are very sad to break the news this morning that our changing rooms at Leonard Fraser Park were gutted by fire in the early hours.
"The gym, dressing rooms and referees room are completely destroyed, thankfully the new extension seems to be unaffected. The scene is closed off at the moment and the guards are on site awaiting forensic investigations.

"We urge people not to go near the vicinity at this time. We would like to thank the local fire firefighters and the Lismore station for their services and also would like to thank Mary Cashman for raising the alarm, her prompt actions more than likely saved the complete building.
"The club would like to thank everyone for their good wishes and their messages of support during the day. It would appear that nothing malicious occurred and we now look ahead to rebuilding so as we can serve the community once more."
Supporters of the club were shocked by the incident.
