The Chicago Bulls held off the Detroit Pistons in a defensive battle on Wednesday night, 94-88.
The offense as a whole wasn’t necessarily there for the Bulls on Wednesday but the defense certainly was there across the board. Not necessarily known for their defensive prowess, the Bulls showed flashes in the preseason of being a competent, active defensive team, as they did against the Pistons.
Though, Zach LaVine scored an efficient 34 points on 11-of-17 shooting along with 7 rebounds, and 4 assists, which included clutch free throws down the stretch to clinch the victory.
