SPORTY car maker SEAT has brought the famous Balearic nightlife to the UK by transforming its Ibiza supermini – with the help of DJ and TV reality star Woody Cook.
So the one-off Nightclub version of the Spanish marque’s all-time best-seller includes DJ mixing decks and strobe lighting installations, which Woody used to entertain pals during an unveiling at Brighton Beach.
The sounds come via the 300-watt, seven-speaker, Beats Audio system, with the track that’s being played displayed on the 9.2in infotainment screen.
Meanwhile, the Ibiza’s 355-litre boot has been converted into a mocktail bar and features an array of equipment and soft drinks so guests can create a range of refreshments to enjoy.
Woody said: “It may not be the largest crowd I’ve ever seen but the ability to DJ in any location at any time means the possibilities are endless.
“From Brighton Beach to the Scottish Highlands, the only limiting factor is your imagination.
“Having a car is one of the most liberating experiences to begin with and having it kitted with such an awesome set-up brings the musical experience to that same level of freedom and expression. Ibiza has never been so portable!”
The new SEAT Ibiza went on sale in July, with first UK deliveries starting last month. It features a host of exterior and interior design and technology upgrades and is priced from £16,790.
