Tonight the third of the Channel 4 chefs has his moment in the limelight for the Food Fight season. At 9pm, Gordon Ramsay is hosting Cookalong Live, in which he will demonstrate that it's perfectly possible to cook a three-course meal - scallops, steak and chocolate mousse - in just an hour, and invites you, the viewers, to join him.
