Rutgers head coach Greg Schiano is coming back to the Horseshoe for the first time since he was an assistant under Urban Meyer. It’ll be a little different this time because he’ll be on the opposing sidelines as a competitor instead of rooting for the team running out of the home tunnel.
There’s no doubt it’ll be a little weird for Schiano, but he’s got a job to do as the new ambassador to the Rutgers program that seems to be buying in early on.
But make no mistake about it. Schiano knows that heading into Ohio Stadium and trying to be competitive against one of the best teams in the country won’t be a walk among the roses.
