It was a tale of two halves in the ‘Shoe Saturday night.
Ohio State jumped on Rutgers early using a dominating defense and explosive offense to score five touchdowns and head into the locker room up 35-7. Once the second half began though, the Scarlet Knights pulled a few rabbits out of their hat, found a slew of kitchen sinks at the Buckeyes and outgained and outscored the Buckeyes 24-14 to make the game more respectable.
Rutgers head coach Greg Schiano met with the media on a Zoom call after the game to discuss what he saw from his team, and also what he thought of Ohio State.
